SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the text-message program (the "Program") operated by Erhart Industry Solutions LLC ("Erhart," "we," "us") for Dromi, our CRM platform for mortgage professionals. By opting in to the Program, you agree to these terms.

Program description

The Dromi SMS Program sends account and platform notifications to registered Dromi users who have opted in. Messages relate to your Dromi account and activity, such as new lead assignments, loan pipeline updates, task reminders, and account or security alerts. This is a notification program for our own registered users. It is not consumer marketing.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

How to cancel

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to you. You may still receive account and platform information through other channels, such as email or inside the Flow app.

Carrier disclaimer
