Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Erhart Industry Solutions LLC and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

Dromi subscription

• Dromi is billed monthly on a six-month initial term. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial months.
• After the initial term, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Any payment that becomes due within 30 days of your cancellation date remains owed, and your access continues for 30 days following the cancellation date. Those amounts are not refunded.
• Custom features, integrations, and build-outs are quoted per project and are non-refundable once work has begun.

Defenestro Marketing Solutions direct mail

• Mail that has dropped is non-refundable. Once a drop is produced and mailed, no refund is available for any reason.
• Payment is required at least two weeks before a desired drop date. If you need to cancel or change a drop, contact us before production begins and we will work with you on options for any not-yet-produced drop. Amounts tied to work already performed (data, design, or production) are non-refundable.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a valid charge is a breach of our Terms and may result in suspension of service. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us first and we will make it right where appropriate.
